At Nazzora customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds on Used or Opened Products

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been:

  • Used
  • Worn
  • Damaged by the customer
  • Opened from original packaging
  • Missing tags or accessories

2. Return Request Window

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

Any request made after 7 days will be automatically rejected.

3. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Proof in the form of photos or videos is required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive product

5. Refund Approval Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Shipping & Return Charges

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Exchange shipping costs
  • Any customs or handling fees

Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.

If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

8. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Suspicious activity
  • Fraudulent chargebacks

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent banning from our store.
